1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an l222 account, depositing funds, placing bets, or accessing any part of the l222 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policy. You are permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts (sometimes referred to as "multi-accounting" or "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

Your account credentials (username and password) are personal to you. You must not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 2.3 Verification

l222 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested verification within 30 days may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits and Payments

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time through the account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to your registered mobile wallet or bank account on file. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Timeframes

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

If the potential return on your bet exceeds this amount, the payout will be capped at the maximum. 5.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, malfunction, or display of incorrect odds or results, l222 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This includes but is not limited to obvious pricing errors (e.g., odds displayed as 1000.00 when the correct odds should be 10.00), technical glitches causing duplicate bets, or game malfunctions in slots or live casino. All such decisions are final.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

6.3 Bonus Abuse

l222 strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, betting on all outcomes of an event to guarantee wagering progress with minimal risk, or any other behavior intended to exploit bonus terms. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. After 30 days, any unused bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will expire and be removed from your account. Winnings from expired bonuses that have not yet met wagering requirements will also be forfeited.
